Hi! I’m Rachel Goodman, I'm a Registered Dietitian Nutritionist, Certified Intuitive Eating Counselor, cheesecake lover, and former binge eater.
I used to have a love-hate relationship with food. I LOVED food ever since I was a kid.
But as much as I loved food, I also hated it. Hated feeling out of control with food, hated how I felt in my body after binges, hated the constant food stress and guilt that came with eating my favorite foods.
I chose the path of becoming a Registered Dietitian to fix my own food issues and body image struggles.
On that journey I learned what Diet Culture doesn't want you to know... that you have had the answers to stop binge eating all along!
Through learning about the Intuitive Eating approach and becoming a certified Intuitive Eating Counselor, along with my knowledge of health and nutrition as a Registered Dietitian, I healed my relationship with food.
No more binges, guilt or stress. Food is joyful. Eating feels easy and normal. Only love is left in this relationship, and life is SO much better!
I have now taught hundreds of women how to break free of the binge eating cycle and live life fully again. I’ve poured into this course my proven framework and method to help you find the joy in food again, too, (without losing control!) and feel good in your body so you can live the full life you deserve.
