How 1:1 Coaching Works
What our journey together will look like for the next 4 months...
Initial Session
Our first session is a deep dive into what life is looking like for you (your schedule, eating habits, mindset, lifestyle etc.). During this session I will help you identify your biggest mindset obstacles to being able to eat in ways that are truly intuitive, freeing, AND feel good.
You'll walk away with incredible breakthroughs and clarity, and we'll map out what this journey will look like for you to heal your relationship with food and body image effectively as well as set actionable practical goals to focus on as the first step to turning it into your reality
Follow Up Sessions
We will assess what went well and what obstacles are coming up that you need support in working through and overcoming.
The follow-up sessions are the continued support you need to build upon our progress together and experience the transformation to full food + body peace that lasts a lifetime.
Ongoing Messaging + Voice Note Support
This program and experience is not like your past prescriptive diets. It is an inner healing journey which means mindset challenges, new eating experiences, and emotional moments can come up between sessions.
I want you to feel fully supported for the entire 4 months of coaching, which includes messaging support between sessions, so you can work through any challenges, concerns, or obstacles in real time to make continued progress - as well as share any wins because I am your biggest cheer leader, too!

Hi, I’m Rachel!
I'm a Registered Dietitian who has struggled with yo-yo dieting for 15 years from the age of 11 and cycled through obsessing over calories, cutting out carbs, juice ‘detoxes’
I understand what it feels like to feel 'addicted' to food, to hate your body, to blame yourself, and feeling like a failure for not sticking to yet another diet.
All these diets did was create a long list of food rules. And all these food rules did was make me more miserable and feel more and more out of control with food.
More than anything, my biggest wish was: I wish I didn’t feel at war with food. I wish I can just eat and enjoy food and feel healthy and good in my body, too!
It was only when I said “No!” to food rules, & learned to lean into my body’s wisdom and give it what it needs that I found food freedom, body confidence, & sustainable health.
